His operational and supervisory experience has been gathered and developed in the area of pharmaceutics, space industry, renewable energy sources and energy storage systems and also by cooperation with investment funds. Dominik Czaplicki

Life science and technology transfer expert He graduated in biotechnology from the Jagiellonian University (2003), where he also obtained his PhD in Biological Science. He has research experience in biochemistry, biotechnology and cancer biology. He has experience in technology transfer in the are of life science, as well as experience connected with industrial property rights protection.

As a researcher and lecturer he actively participated in research projects in the area of medical biotechnology and he also taught courses and held workshops regarding intellectual property and entrepreneurship in life science. Between 2018 and 2022 he was an investment manager at TERRA Seed – a seed stage venture capital fund investing in innovations. In that role he searched for investment projects, conducted technological and financial analysis and monitored research and development projects run by the fund’s portfolio companies.

Paweł Paćko

Doctor of Engineering, Professor at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków. He performs a function of the Head of Wave Dynamics and Elastic Materials Laboratory. His main research interests include transient dynamics – in particular elastic wave propagation and its application (acoustic emission, diffraction tomography, detection and localisation techniques, mathematical and numerical modelling) – and mechatronics.
He has led a number of scientific and industrial projects financed by the European Commission, the National Centre for Research and Development and the National Science Centre in Poland. Pawel Paćko is an author or co-author of more than 150 scientific publications, books chapters and conference papers. He is a member of editorial boards and a reviewer of leading journals and associations.

He has gained experience during international research residencies and cooperation with renown institutes and laboratories in the UK, Hongkong, the USA and EU.

Bartłomiej Grobelski

PhD in Medical Sciences at the Medical University of Lodz (UM). Director of the UM Technology Transfer Centre and President of the Management Board of the UMED Sp. z o.o. special purpose vehicle. He has been crucial in establishing over 20 start-ups based on technologies and teams originating from the University, building a portfolio of over 100 patents and concluding dozens of agreements related to the implementation of innovations originating from the academic institution.

He is actively involved in the technology transfer environment and was one of the co-founders and one of initial Chairman of the Polish Association of University Knowledge Transfer Companies, which brings together and represents the interests of entities responsible for creating spin-off companies on behalf of higher education institutions in Poland. He is an active member of the Polish Business and Innovation Centers Association in Poland, where he has the opportunity to get to know and try to influence the innovation ecosystem. Dawid Kliś

For many years, he participated in the realisation of the largest infrastructural investments in Poland for the General Contractor (e.g. A4 Rzeszów – Jarosław motorway, as well as in private companies during the construction of cubature buildings and factories for, among others, EUROBOX, GEA Tuchenchagen, Phillips Medisize /KOCH/ or logistic centres for: AMAZON, HILLWOOD, PANATTONI and the preparation of land for the largest investments in Poland for: VOLKSWAGEN, STELLANTIS, MERCEDES).

Andrzej Oślizło

A graduate of the Academy of Economics in Katowice (with major in Economics) and the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice (with major in IT). He also completed his MBA at the European University in Montreux, Switzerland. President of the Management Board of the public company Develia S.A.

For over 25 years, he has been managing business ventures in Poland and in foreign markets. He specialises in corporate management, investments, mergers and acquisitions, and strategies. In his career, he has successfully served as president and board member of companies in the ICT, transport, forwarding and logistics, aviation, finance and banking industries (including Schenker Sp. z o.o., LOT S.A., Aviva S.A., Expander Advisors Sp. z o.o., Burietta Sp. z o.o. – the Inelo Group). His professional experience also includes working with private equity funds, e.g. Trinity Management and Innova Capital, for which he held supervisory and management positions in the boards of portfolio companies and was responsible for their value growth and capital sales.
