In its ecosystem ABAN.VC brings together more than 40 active private investors, who are engaged in the operations of selected portfolio companies through their advisory and supervisory bodies. They actively support seleted projects, shering their expertise and experience and jointly seeking operational and market synergies.
We invest between EUR 1.2 and 4 mln.
In dedicated Alternative Investment Funds, on each occassion the Fund has commited a capital between PLN 5mln – 20mln in industries such as fintech, greentech, gaming, IT/ICT.

Investment
process
An Originator sends materials to the Fund by email. The Fund performs an initial assessment of the concept.
The Originator presents the concept before the Fund.
Once the initial verification is positive, negotiations on the investment terms and conditions open.
Once the red lines of the investment are established, the Fund carries out in-depth formal, legal, financial and technological analysis.
Investors make collective decision regarding the investment.
Following the positive decision of the Investors, the investment agreement is signed and the terms and conditions of the agreement are executed.
Business development, competence improvement, market support.
Assistance in seeking the next round of funding/co-investment. Preparation of the exit.
